The brain isn't the limit.

Brain Matters is led by Francesca Dal Corso, who has spent fifteen years turning what neuroscience knows about memory, attention and reading into simple practice anyone can use. More than 50,000 people across 120+ countries have trained with her.

She teaches the way she wishes someone had taught her: warm, clear, and grounded in real evidence. No gatekeeping, no jargon, just the tools and the encouragement to keep using them.

The journey

Fifteen years inside the work.

The method did not arrive fully formed. It was built, tested and refined alongside every person in the room.

2010Milan, Italy

A law student drowning in textbooks

Fran began her career studying law in Milan. The reading load was crushing. Like most students, she assumed the problem was her: not enough hours, not enough discipline, not enough memory.

2011The method

The tools that changed everything

She learned to use her brain properly. Not the parlour-trick kind of memory training, the applied kind, the sort that lets you sit down with 300 pages of case law and actually keep it. Then she decided to spend the next fifteen years refining the tools alongside every client.

2013Rai 1, national TV

36 motorbikes. 36 plates. Under two minutes.

Italy's national broadcaster set the challenge live on prime time: memorise the licence plates of 36 Harley-Davidsons, then pair five random plates back to their bikes. She did it in under two minutes. The producers nicknamed her "L'Acchiappanumeri", the number catcher.

The method crossed borders and languages

Two years training people across the United States, then teaching in Spanish in Spain, then working with senior executives in London. The proof point: the tools were never tied to a language. They were tied to how the brain actually works.

From practitioner to platform

Fran founded her own training company. The first corporate client signed that same year: WeWork. The model was simple, take the techniques that had worked on her, refine them into structured programmes, and put them in front of people whose work depends on cognitive performance.

2020Google

Reading three times faster, measured

Google brought Fran in to work with their Ads team on one clear outcome: read three times faster without losing comprehension. Tight brief, technical audience, results that held up under scrutiny.

2021The diagnosis

The diagnosis that reframed the work

Fran was clinically diagnosed with adult ADHD. For someone whose career was built on focus, it could have been disorienting. Instead it sharpened the work. The same tools proved transformative for ADHD brains, and she began building training tracks specifically for them.

Today120+ countries

Over 50,000 trained and counting

Fran now runs live brain training for people who want to train their mind the way an athlete trains their body. Many arrive already successful and leave with the bandwidth to take on what they thought was their next ceiling.

The press that covered the method.

From prime-time Italian television to the British broadsheet, the work has been recognised across markets.

Human first. Results always.

No gatekeeping, no jargon, no fluff. Just a proven system, taught by someone who has trained 50,000 people and refined it for fifteen years. You bring the ambition. Fran brings the method.

Beyond the brain

The body trains the mind.

Francesca has pushed her body beyond what she thought was possible too, and this is what brain training can do for you. Push beyond the limits of what you think is possible. The depth of focus that carries you through 226 kilometres of swim, bike and run is the same depth that carries a founder through a year of building, a surgeon through a long case, a litigator through a brutal trial. The brain and the body train each other. That is the method.
